The Consultancy Office in Monaco operates under an individual business authorisation issued by the Government of the Principality of Monaco (Ministère d’État) on 15 January 2019 and 1 October 2024. The authorisation was granted personally to the managing director and covers activities in advertising, marketing and, in particular, web marketing.

All members using the website’s services, discussion forums and similar features undertake to:

1. Refrain from posting insults, unlawful content, pornography or grossly offensive language.
2. Assume sole responsibility for the content they publish, refrain from infringing third-party rights, particularly trademark rights, copyright and personality rights, and fully indemnify the operators of Moanco-life.com against any third-party claims arising from their contributions.
3. Refrain from posting advertising of any kind in forums or comments, or using forums and comments for any commercial activity. This applies in particular to the publication of “0190” telephone numbers for any purpose.

There is no entitlement to the publication of submitted offers, comments or contributions. The platform operators reserve the right to edit or delete comments and forum contributions at their sole discretion. In the event of a breach of the obligations set out in points 1, 2 and 3, the operators also reserve the right to suspend membership temporarily or terminate it permanently.

5. Privacy Statement

Where users make use of an option within the website to enter personal or business data, the disclosure of such data is expressly voluntary. Use of the services without providing such data, or by providing anonymised data or a pseudonym, is not permitted, insofar as technically possible and reasonable.
